2007 - 2008 Season

Aunt Tilly's Christmas Now & Then
Come join us as we entertain you with this holiday production celebrating the music and traditions of the Christmas season. The story of Aunt Tilly's Christmas past and present is told through song and dance. As the show opens the audience is treated to a visit with Tilly in the “now” as she shares the holiday with visiting family and friends. The second act of the show whisks the audience to a grand ballroom for a Christmas in Tilly's past. At the annual Winter Frolic you will find singing, dancing, and a celebration of traditions and memories of Christmas.

The Hutchinson Theatre Guild takes pleasure in sharing this gift of the Christmas spirit with the community and our cast is made up of all ages and from all walks of life. This is an evening that the whole family can enjoy together.

Faith County
by Mark Landon Smith
Summer
2008
A colorful set of good ol' folk gather for the county fair, and there's stiff competition in the arts and crafts category. There's an inspirin' poetry readin' by Faye McFaye, Mildred's ceramic depiction of The Last Supper, Ruthann's divinity (and rum) cake, Naomi's chic hair stylin' and Violet's appliquéed toilet seat covers! And bein' spring, luuuuuv is in the air!

Originally produced for radio, Faith County enjoyed a thirty five week run on WLYK and national notoriety before being adapted for the stage.

If you saw “An Evening of Culture” you will love this play by the same playwright.
